It’s great to be back!  I’ve missed blogging, but I am focusing on my recovery.  I had surgery on January 5th and have been in an arm brace 24/7.  I started therapy a few weeks ago, going 3 times a week for 1.5 hrs.  The other days, I do the exercises at home.  Unfortunately, having my shoulder in an arm brace for so long has caused secondary issues with my elbow and wrist.  So, my therapy has become more intense, but I am willing to work hard so that I can one day be pain free and have better range of motion.
